Once you have everything ready, please fill out the registration form on this website.
We will notify the two members you picked, who will then discuss your application and submit their recommendation to the board. The board will ultimately vote on your admission as a full member of the Kameraschwestern. Please note: the board may reject your application without giving reasons.
If your application is successful, we will notify you immediately in writing and send you an invoice for €110. This amount includes the one-time Registration fee of €65 and the annual Membership fee of €45.
Camera operators pay €90 per year, and camera trainees* are exempt from paying a financial contribution.
(This contribution is tax-deductible under the employee tax assessment in the section on income-related expenses.)
Once payment has been received in our account, we will send you a link to register with our Slack Account and will publish your contact details on our website.
You can join at any time; you can select on the registration form whether you want to join immediately or start next year.
*) Camera Trainee: After 2 years at the latest, you can apply for full membership if you meet the above criteria. If you do not apply, we will automatically terminate your extraordinary membership as a Camera Trainee after two years.
